Stoner rock with an Alice in Chains tinge is the order of the day as the Paris threesome set about introducing us to their vibe.

Track one, Start Over from Coming Down to the Velvet Lodge begins well as an enthusiastic AIC style stomp gets us underway but this dissolves into a directionless void with some unconvincing croaking vocals topping things off.

Sadly this is the theme throughout as some impressive guitar work and genuine atmospherics such as on Orange Blackbox, are lost due to thin production and more poor vocals.

There are possibilities here but work definitely needs to be done in certain departments as interesting elements are ultimately let down by the overlong, meandering songs and weak vocals. (6)
